The Smaller SSD is for your OS and games, the other is for movies music pictures programs (word, addons, things like that) They will come shipped with he OS on the SSD, its fast as all hell.

I was going to stay away from sager digi and xidax because I didnt think they did notebooks, but looking at sager they have some pretty good options.
aokiji

After looking at this, I would go with Sager Custom Laptops It starts at 1399 and you can upgrade the SSD to 500 GB (which will be plenty) Also its 15" which is what you want, you can also customize many other things.

Also is windows 10 good? I heard a lot of bad things about it and everyone is saying that keeping Windows 7 is better, what do you guys think?

Regarding the SSD's I'll let someone else answer as I am not that great with the technical details of SSD's.

Regarding Windows 10, there are 2 ways to answer this.
Do you like your privacy? Do you like that your information is not sent out and used for target advertising and analysing your viewing habits?
If the answer to that is Yes. Then you either get Windows 10 Enterprise and turn off all the options that send info to Microsoft, or you stick with Windows 7.
If the answer to that is No. Then you can go ahead and get any Windows 10 version (only the Enterprise version gives you the "privilege" to de-activate the options that send info to Microsoft).

On a personal note, I also do not like the Windows 10's Forced Automatic Update. Microsoft does not have a good track record for updating 3rd party programs, in my personal experience, its a 50/50 chance of not installing the driver correctly and breaking something, until you reinstall it from the official website.

I would usually give a lot of bad rep to Windows 10, but their last update was quite big, and fixed most of the problems I had with it. But I will not be updating my Desktop Gaming PC from Windows 7 Pro to Windows 10 Enterprise, until they make only the Security Updates as mandatory, and the rest as optional.

First on your posted SSDs. The "best" one is the 950 Pro but as you see also the most expensive one. Honestly you won't see a big difference to the others. Yeah, it's a bit faster and has more MTBF hours (Mean Time Between Failure, a statistical parameter) but usually that doesn't mean something when using them under regular circumstances.
I personally would go with the 850EVO.

Windows 7/10: Don't have much to say here. Idolator made some pretty valid points. If the data gathering thing wouldn't be there it would be the best OS since XP with ease in my oppinion. So it's basically a thing of your own personal preference. Beside that, you can upgrade it for testing purposes and go back for a timeframe of 30 days if you don't like it.

aokiji: I actually use this SSD that you mentioned 120GB Samsung 850 EVO as my OS and important game drive.

Basically summarizing what others have said and inserting my experience/input

For the SSD's - M.2 is the new type of SSD, I personally have never used M.2, just the basic SSDs, but Samsung has a great track record. The 950 is the newest one and would be your best choice, but if money concerns you get the 850. Get the 500/512 GB one though as we talked about earlier, with a 1TB secondary.

AAAAHHHH.... Windows 10
Ok so here is what people say
-But muh privacies!
-But muh specializzed programz!
-But muh fear of something different!

Privacy - You can turn off most of the tracking information and there are hundreds of sites out there that show you how (must have at least PRO Edition) Windows 10 Privacy - Everything You Need to Know
I have been using windows 10 since July and am perfectly happy with it. Certain things need to allowed to use things like cortana, such as being able to basically look at your entire hard drive. Whelp Ive got no hacking programs or child porn so go ahead windows, look around, get comfy, also here is my bondage porn, I hope you enjoy.
Some people complain about the new "removal tool" (I'm not saying that I have downloaded music or movies on my computer) But I have not had anything just "go missing"

Specialized programs - As stated in another thread by another member, I have said that if some weird off the path programs or mods or things, then no don't upgrade, but if you basically just play games, check your email, and basically just be a general computer user, then yes upgrade! There is no downside.

Change - I waited forever to go from XP to 7, I was so comfortable, I regret that now, I missed so much.

My opinion, Go with 10, don't fall behind.
