if your going to get a Yeti, you NEED a mic stand, preferably with the Blue Radius II Shockmount for Yeti and Yeti Pro USB 4678 B&H . The yeti will pick up any kind of disturbance to your desk.

FACT

I own one, it was bad until i got a mic stand and shock mount. After that, the Yeti became phenomenal after i did some tweaking

It would be good for commentarys if you don't plan on doing anything with your desk. @NeTBuS22:
sometimes I use my desk as a drums, would that be a problem?

I'm a big fan of my Turtle Beach x12's. Great sound and the mic does a really decent job. On par with my Yeti aside from the lack of noise cancellation and being forced to hear yourself.
