I ordered a new laptop the two weeks ago because my old pc went to shit. Like an idiot, I actually paid extra for faster building time because I really need a computer for school. This is where the fun starts: a customer service lady from the company first contacts me letting me know that my billing address on my credit card is different than the address given in the order( duh, they never asked me for my billing address just the address the order should go to). So, I email her my billing address, my credit card company's phone number and my actual mailing address at my school. Thinking everything is worked out, I go about my week not worrying about any other issues. Two days later, my order is still pending and I email customer service asking whats wrong. The same lady emails me back, telling me she called the credit card company and couldn't verify the alternative mailing address, she never even let me know that I had to verify my alternative . FUCK YOU LADY! That's all I gotta say. But wait! there's more, yay! After my order finally went through it only took the company one day to build my laptop, which was awesome so I expected the laptop to be here last saturday because the company is in Lincoln and I currently live in Tempe, Arizona (approx. 19 hour drive). UPS sends me this tracking number by email and it tells me my laptop won't arrive until a week after it was finished being built. It's been sitting in in Kansas City since Saturday morning 6 AM. FML.
