In comes Jake Delhomme, out goes Brady Quinn. Oh and here comes about 100 new draft picks. Enjoy the face lift Cleveland.

No lie. Holmgren was like Ok. Let's take this guy and this guy and this guy until he had half the team and was like GTFO!!! And he got a bunch of late round draft picks for them. Maybe Cleveland will be a decent team in a couple of years now. Though lets be honest....Jake Delhomme? Really? Did they not watch any of his footage from last year?

Honestly, Jake hasn't been the same since the ass beating we gave him in the 2006 NFC Championship game. I like what Holmgren is doing. He has no connection to all of the money they spent on those guys. I'm sure he just walked in, went through his evaluation process, and then told the owner that he didn't care about high any of them were drafted, or how much time and money were invested in them -- if you want to win -- listen to what I'm saying. Jake is just a stopgap, and I wouldn't be surprised if Seneca starts over him. Until they draft a real QB.

Correction, it was the 05 NFC championship game. 06 Is when my good ol' bears whooped up on you guys, then spanked the saints. But yes I agree seneca will no doubt in my mind start over him. He is just there for experience, and helping these father these younger guys.

Yeah, I was thinking 05-06 instead of 06-07. And it was an OT game if I remember correctly, so there couldn't have been an ass-whipping going on there We were just lucky to sneak by Dallas in teh first game, which wasn't bad considering the "historical luck" of previous year SB losers -- lol

Very true, though Chicago isn't in much better shape -- lol I expect Cutler to settle in and make something happen this year, though. I expect Seattle to make another run at the Jake Locker lottery, come next year -- lol

Eh i think you guys are wrong ... I think Jake will start ... KURT WARNER ANYONE?! Warner was said to be washed up with the Giants and look ... he went to a Superbowl last year. A new home has proven many a time that a good QB can get a second chance ... Even Joe Montana was said to be washed up ... and his first year in KC he took us to the AFC Championship. I think hes there until they draft a new QB and then hell shadow them and teach them. Knowing Holmgren ... thats what I would bet.
