Do you actuly need Steam to play BC2? Or can you play without it? Cos i have it but Im not Sure what i will have to do once i get the Game I install it with steam or install the game 1st then use steam installment? Lol Thanks

U don't actually need steam to play BFBC2, but if you bought the game by steam, obviously you need it.
Remember that steam is only a Launcher that let you [access comunity and in-game browsers]
You can add your game with your cd-key to steam.

If you did the steam buy thing... Just go to game list and you will see "start download" then when 100% complete you will see "launch the game" follow simple instructions.

If you didnt, just follow the instructions of "adding a game"
