i like mine with some heavy whipping cream, a square of butter, some minced garlic, blue cheeze, american cheeze (for even more smoothness MMMMMM), asiago cheeze, some motzerlla cheeze, some grated parm...maybe some perciano, maybe some cheve...then add some bacon bits and scallions and its the best thing ever...either shell pasta or just regular penne...the shit!
